Desktop Manager

What's the problem?
Answer:
The most likely cause of this problem is that your smartphone
is configured with an IT Policy that does not allow 3rd
party applications to be installed.
Ask your system administrator to change this IT policy setting

How
do I try or buy your product or upgrade to the latest version?
To enter your license/registration key display the application
menu, select the About / Register menu
item and type the key into the License
field.
The Expires field should change to Never
after you press ENTER if you've typed the license key in
properly. Once you enter a valid license key the splash

do I find my smartphone PIN?

You can
find your PIN in one of the following ways:
a. Select the About / Register item in
our application menu and record the PIN displayed on the
screen.
b. Run the BlackBerry Desktop Manager;
the PIN is displayed on the status bar (bottom-left corner).
c. Run the BlackBerry Options application,
display the Status screenand
record the PIN displayed on the screen.
d. Compose
an email on your BlackBerry and type mypin followed by a

How
can I determine the version of Desktop Manager and the BlackBerry
Device Software I'm running?
Answer:
a. Start
Desktop Manager - on the Windows taskbar, click Start and
select Programs > BlackBerry > Desktop Manager.
b.
If the "Device Password Required" dialog is displayed
then click Cancel.
c. Select the Help/About BlackBerry Desktop Manager menu
item.
d. On the
General tab record the BlackBerry Desktop Manager version
number.
e. Click the Device Software tab and record the information
