Important Notes

  • Requires OS 4.2.1 or higher (smartphone models with a trackwheel are NOT supported)
  • For upgrade instructions see “How to upgrade to the latest release”
  • Release is free for purchasers of previous versions

Features Introduced in Version 2.2

  • Time record In field is now editable while the timer is running; the elapsed time for the time record is increased if the In time is moved earlier and decreased if moved later. Useful if you forget to punch in when you begin work - you can punch in late and immediately fix the In time.
  • Main screen
    • New VCR-like control for navigating between dates with activity for the current project
    • Shortcuts for full keyboard smartphone models (shortcuts may not work as documented when a field that supports prefix searching, such as the Project field, has the input focus as the prefix searching functionality takes priority)
      • Press 0 (zero) to punch in or out
      • Press G to move to a specific date
      • Press F to move to the first date with activity for the current project
      • Press P to move to the previous date with activity for the current project
      • Press N to move to the next date with activity for the current project
      • Press L to move to the last date with activity for the current project
      • Press T to move to the current date. Note: If a time record other than first one is selected then press T to select the first time record and press T again to move to the current date.
      • Press B to select the last time record if a time record other than the last one is currently selected
  • Projects\Stats screen
    • New VCR-like control for navigating between dates with activity for the specified project
    • Project field is editable so you can easily switch to another project to view its stats without exiting the screen
    • Displays billable and unbillable time for each Standard Description used by time records on the specified date
    • Shortcuts for full keyboard smartphone models (shortcuts may not work as documented when a field that supports prefix searching, such as the Project field, has the input focus as the prefix searching functionality takes priority)
      • Press F to set the Stats Date field to the first date with activity for the specified project and update the displayed stats
      • Press P to set the Stats Date field to the previous date with activity for the specified project and update the displayed stats
      • Press N to set the Stats Date field to the next date with activity for the specified project and update the displayed stats
      • Press L to set the Stats Date field to the last date with activity for the specified project and update the displayed stats
      • Press T to set the Stats Date field to the current date and update the displayed stats for the specified project
  • Removed Hide button and menu item; to perform the same function press the red End/Power key
  • Other minor user interface changes

Features Introduced in Version 2.1

  • Time record Project field is editable - allows you to move a time record to another project; useful if you’ve punched in to a project by mistake
  • Projects\Stats screen displays stats for each Standard Description used by time records on the Stats Date for the specified project
